Hello friends. I hope my message finds you in good health?
Waiting for the June _ _ 2019 date we all hope to be there, let’s talk about our concerns.
For a while, I have been actively working to build a community of local guides in Benin to form a family as I see it in other countries of the world.
This morning, one of my local guides drew my attention to “How to add an entire route to Maps” but I could not answer him frankly. It’s true, that two or three times already, I’ve seen the option appear somewhere but I can not do it.
Now here is my concern:
Is it really possible to add a route on Google Maps?
If yes, what are the conditions to meet to do it and how?
Counting on your sympathy and your determination to help others, I hope that someone informs me more about this topic. Thank you and immediately in the comments!

Hi @Richmond_Dakpogan
Towns, roads and squares are elements of the Map Layer. Local Guides cannot edit directly that layer. Only Google Maps team can.
What we can do, for adding a road, is to report an error on Google Maps, through the “send a feedback” that you will find scrolling down your menu on Google Maps.
For more details you can read: Report an error on the map

So thank @ErmesT for your explanations. I grabbed the good side. But tell me. Can you tell me a bit more about the framed option on this image, please?

@Richmond_Dakpogan For adding roads you have to use the ‘Send Feedback’ option in Google maps.

@Richmond_Dakpogan Once your addition of roads through feedback is approved by Google, you will find an increment in the score of Roads Added.
