It is unclear to me what you mean by level crossing. Is it just to indicate that there is no tunnel and no bridge to cross the train tracks?
Please elaborate. Also if it is for all kinds of traffic or maybe pedestrians only.

As an LG, we add places of interest (POI) or tourist attractions.
Further, any POI should have someone to attend the customers at least for some hours in a day. That’s why we can not add any “online-only” businesses.
This, a level crossing (railroad crossing or grade crossing are other terms for that) is neither a POI nor a tourist attraction.
I remember, you raised a similar query whether one can add an overhead water tank, and you know the precise norms.
Nevertheless, it’s important to have a railway crossing on the map for the safety of road travellers. If something is missing, you have to use the “send feedback” option to make that visible on the map.

I’m happy to help, but you need to provide more information. I still don’t understand what you mean by level.
Also please add some links to the crossings you think should not be there. And links to correct crossings and the gps coordinats to where a crossing is missing.

Please share links. Are there roads or paths leading up to the crossing on both sides? In real life? On Google Maps?
You want the navigation on Maps to utilize the crossing for what kinds of traffic? Pedestrians, bicycles, cars, trucks?

You are welcome to ask the same or similar questions as many times as you wish.
But it would be nice if you explain how the current place differs from the previous one.
A level crossing does have a person to attend that. Still, that doesn’t create a supplier-customer relation between the owner and users. Hence that doesn’t justify to become a POI.
