Please, help! Tell me where is a feature that allows to add photos belonging to particular street, for instance, İstiklal, İstanbul.
Link on Google Maps, no feature for adding photos. It offers adding photos to the whole district.

According to the program, you cannot add plain photos on address or coordinate, but only on Point of Interest

The only way to add photos of a street, is through the Street View Program: https://www.google.com/streetview/
