I need some assistance. I want to add a location that is in dubai. But I’m living in Pakistan.
One of my friend who is living in dubai who started a new business.He asked me to add a missing location.
I added but after waiting of 2 months location still in pending section.
I want approve but i don’t have any idea about this?
How to get approved missing places those are out of the from Pakistan?

A place creation from some remote location is going to be problematic as any such edit is going to create suspicions.
A better approach would be to suggest your friend to signup the LG program & then create the place.
And still better would be, the friend doing so through Google My Business & then getting further benefits of a legitimate listing.

You will not find someone who will approve the place for you. Instead, you should try to improve the information you provide. Have you added pictures that clearly show the business name? Have you added the telephone number? Have you added the website address? Have you suggested the most specific category you can? Have you positioned the Map Marker while zoomed fully in?
These are some of the most important factors you need to get a new place approved. When you have collected more data/pics go ahead and try again.
Maybe there are some extra limits put on people from Bangladesh due to a history of spam coming from IP-addresses in Bangladesh. But I can tell you that I can add new places in other countries without problems. But normally I will be there or have been there recently. Maybe the fact that your timeline shown that you have not been to Dubai recently could be the problem. Then you could try instructing your friend in Dubai to create his place on Google Maps using his phone in Dubai.

It will be very difficult for your edit to be approved and, I agree with @C_T , the best option for your friend is to join Google My Business and to register / claim his business.
