How can I suggest a new route that is more direct and save lot of time? The current route google map is showing up way too long and consuming extra 20 mins to reach at the place.
The location is “Trump International Golf Club” located in DAMAC Hills Dubai. As shown in the above screenshot, both directions Google is showing up are the longer and indirect routes. Below one is more easier and direct route which we want our customers to take when they are driving to the location. This left turn is more easier and direct route. How can we have this route in Google maps?
You are clearly mixing your interests as a Local Guide with the interests of a business when you wrote: “our customers”. That is a big no no on Connect.

By default, Maps show the fastest route and also considers the restrictions in force at that time. Certain junctions do not allow a turn in a specific direction during traffic hours.
Now, here is a screenshot which shows Maps is allowing a left turn at the junction highlighted by you.
Nevertheless, if you find the constraint is outdated, you can use the option “Add or fix a road” through “Help & feedback” menu.
Further, my experience is, providing that feedback during actual navigation reflects in a change quite fast.
