sir , the names of ponds and tanks were missing on Google maps. When I’m using the Google map in default mode these water bodies are not representing in Google map .

I remember a similar problem in an earlier thread by you wherein the links quoted in the posts were not accessible!
Now related to your current query, If the pond or tank is visible in the satellite view, you can suggest the creation of that through the send feedback option.
If the places are there in the conventional map view but not editable, then also you can use the same send feedback route.
Nevertheless, local guides can’t create water bodies like other conventional POIs. These remain a part of the basic map layer and unaccessible to LGs.
Submitting the issue on the Google Maps forum you did the right thing. However, as the link given by you, as mentioned already by @MortenCopenhagen , doesn’t work, we can’t see what you submitted, so let me add some note: when we ask for a change of the Map (geographical layer) we need to support the requested with some official document. It means some documents coming from the public administration of the country (e.g. a cartography) where the correct name is shown.
I did exactly the same when the boundaries in my region changed and, after a few months (yes, it takes time) the modification was made in Maps.
