I noticed that a small park in Plovdiv is not added to the map.
How could I add it?

I hope you can add this park and you know how to add other places like a business on Maps. You can follow the same way to add this park.
Add a missing place- Android1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Maps app

Tap Contribute >
Add place
-
Choose an option, then follow the instructions onscreen.

Click the main menu in Google Maps that looks like 3 horizontal lines
select the option for add missing place, after which a dialog box will appear asking for the details and also you can accurately pick the map location in the dialog box:

You can always find answers to the most common queries through the search box at the top. Please note the search works on the same lines of Google search.

That was my doubt as you are level 9 Local Guide 
If you are talking about adding bounday of the park or adding green mark of the park boundary, I would like to say, we cant it.
But we can send feedback to the Maps team and descride what we want.
You can also have a chance to discuss about this matter on the Maps community for better suggestion and solution reagarding this matter.
