When I downloaded the street view app and I’m surprised to be able to take panoramic photos through my phone, I often say that this way of taking photos is very cool and creative. At first, I didn’t realize it is about local guides and only to take some beautiful photos and share them with my family and friends. After becoming a local guide, I found it interesting to share with people around the world.
Photos taken by others can help me understand the characteristics of each country. I also find that there are very few photos in China because usually people cannot use Google here. I hope that people from other countries can get to know my hometown. I feel very satisfied when more and more people view my photos. It is very meaningful. When I want to explain somethings with my friends and I will give them some links to my photos… I like to exchange different cultures with them.
The local guides program always shows me the real side of the place. Not only streets or sceneries. I saw the different social environmental, dressing styles and other customs, it has increased my knowledge.
