Dear, it is me, Azhar from Pakistan. I am a local guide level 10. My points have crossed 190,000 Mark. So there is at least one in the world from Pakistan. Proud to be Pakistani.

According to the board statistics, there are 51 Level 10 LG’s currently registered on Connect. Certainly one cannot know who is from where though.
