As evident from the title itself, Updated info is very crucial for both business owner as well as their customers.
There is a very good Samosa (Local snack) Corner “Lalla Puri & Samosa Wale” just about 50mts from my house and I frequently have my evening snack from there. One day, I insisted my friend to try one of it’s snack and to my surprise, this place wasn’t on G maps due to which my friend wasn’t able to reach there twice until I finally took the initiative to add the correct address & gave local directions to my friend.
Another event happened when my Eye Care was registered on G Maps but with a wrong address & so I thought there were two Docs with the same name in my nearby area and as a result reached to wrong location twice. So, finally after meeting the Doc, updated his address to which Doc also thanked me while grinning on my incident :p.
Hence, doesn’t matter if you r a local guide or not, Do update the info as soon as u get to know.
