As a local guide i have helped thousands of people around by my honest reviews and ratings of the places i have been to. But the best thing i have done as a local guide is once i have gave review on a dermatologist who cured my skin so nicely, so by my reviews i helped a lot of people to get their disease cured. I understand how bad are skin diseases so when i hear thanks from the ones, who got my help,thats just far more better than any gift.
