It was way back in 2013 i suppose while searching for a place i couldn’t find any photos nor reviews about it i tapped the add photo icon to add a picture of that place where i reached using maps. After my visit on the way back home i thought there would many such places which lack such info. I kept adding info to places i visited. This was going good until one day when a popup appeared saying “contribute as a local guide” i have a try and started my wonderful journey of being a local guide. Never imagined i would contribute so many photos which would 10+million views. Fortunate enough to help people being a local guide will continue to do this forever. Thanks Google
