Hallo all… Do u like tofu also ?
This is how i enjoy tofu usually at home. When i do not know what to cook in a day, i always thinking about… TOFU. we called it “TAHU”
And talking about tofu, there is a famous place in east java that i know relate with it. Yah. Kediri. People generally relate tofu with kediri, because kediri is a famous town that produced tofu. Okey. It is not tofu from kediri guys… I bought it from jombang, another town that also has tofu as their product. I think now in some place, tofu is available not only in kediri.
So i cooked this menu today with the sauce. We called it “sambal kecap”
There is many type of sambal(chilli) here, but this sambal kecap is the simple one for me.
How to cook ?

Fry tofu with a medium heat. I like to make it more crunchy, so i let it a bit longer to fry it. Hehhe…

Pour the ketchup (any brand u have in your kitchen) into the plate or bowl, and trim the small chilli. (i was using a scissors hehehhe…) if u won’t be spicy much, take only some chilli. Here…i took enough chilli for a medium level. I really need a bit warm hehehe…

Grind the chilli and ketchup using spoon. If it’s still spicy, add more ketchup and mix it.
Welllaaaa… Sambal kecap is done. It’s sweet spicy huuuhhh … Pedas
And served with a warm rice and hot tea or hot milk. Or u can just enjoy it without rice, and it’s a good option to stay home, watching tv and eating tofu.
