I already completed level 7 and also earned 11000 points in local guide . But i cannot get any reward mail from google map. my friend already get reward mail and also get the google pin and another things after complete level 6. plz help me what i can do now?

That said, the local guides program is a totally voluntary program according to local guides program rules hereThere is no form of monetization or gift officially attached at any level. I am also a local guide like you volunteering to help the community. I have more than 200,000 points,that’s far more than yours yet it can’t be converted into credit,money etc. The points are really just for the fun of it and the badges are a decoration on your profile. There are rewards sent out in form of Google badge pin socks tôt bag etc They are issued from time to time but it’s limited not everyone gets it. You may be lucky or it may be otherwise. You might like to read this post Question-about-a-Local-Guides-reward-email-Read-this-first . Please take note of what it says about your Email settings.

Well, I see that you are very new as Local Guide. In fact it seems you started to contribute in November of this year, maybe just because your friend received a reward.
Regarding your question (what can I do?) the simple answer is: what about to start to be a “real” Local Guide?
Maybe you haven’t noticed it, but half of your photos and one third of your reviews are “not posted publicly” and 90% of the visible content should be removed too, because against the Maps user-generated content policy Selfies, duplicate photos, same photos posted in more than one location, redundancy, reviews that are not showing your personal experience of the Locations, but simply copied contents from the web.
In the actual situation of your visible contributions what I would expect is a ban, not a reward, so if you are doing this for a reward please give up.
If you are interested in became a real Local Guide please delete everything and restart from scratch.
Several people will be happy to help you to understand what a Local Guide is and how to contribute.
