I came across Local Guides Connect accidentally. Just after receiving notification that I’m on level-5 and able to apply for the Connect Live 2019. Before that I was editing Google Maps to spot problems in local businesses, making them consider feedbacks, improve services and letting others know my experience.
I myself is an entrepreneur in digital business. I strive for feedback every time my company’s services are delivered. I find reviews quite helpful to recognize companies failures, and at the same time let other potential customers be aware of our potential.
So, by using Google Maps, I help local businesses improve their quality, and customers have right expectations. I think this a great, free tool to collect data, react to it, make better deliveries and raise competition, which in turn, in the interest of every citizen of my city.
