I would like to know how to draw a building into map. Do you have some experiences with this 
?
For example, here, there is a building which is visible on satellite layer of map 
but not on default layer.
Of course, this is not only one missing building 
on the map, so Iām searching for some effective way how to report multiple missing buildings. Is there any dedicated person/contact? Or what is the correct way?

These are often referred to as the building outlines.
Unfortunately, these are not part of what Local Guides (and trusted photographers) can edit. It is my understanding that they are generated automatically from the satellite images. And updates typically only happen when new satellite images are added. This is not very often in most countries.
In cases where a building is very misleading like it blocks a road or something, then we can provide feedback and suggest such buildings be removed or moved. You can also try to get new buildings added this way, but Iām afraid the success rate is very low.
