How easy is to become a local guide

Hi Everyone!

This is my first post on Local Guide Connect. To start with the topic which i want to write the post is how easy can it be for any individual to become a local guide.

Basic Requirement

  1. Phone (with GPS, Mobile Network and Camera)

  2. Google Account attached to Google Maps on your mobile application

If your phone has all the above than you are just one step away on being a Google Local Guide.

All you need to do is to share your experience which you will get by visiting to any place like restaurant, Shopping Mall, Movie Theater, Theme Park, Hill Station, Beach, Scuba Diving, Sky Diving, or any other places.

You have to be honest in adding your reviews. You may add new places which are not on the google map. The more you share the higher points you get. Every review shared by you gets points and makes you an experience local guide. For beginners this is the first step. Slowly you may upload photos, videos, add missing places, update places and many more.
