Hi @user_not_found I think you have an Indian passport. And if you currently live in another country, not in India then you have to select that country in this option. Otherwise, you should leave this option empty.

The question becomes applicable when currently you are not a resident of the country which has issued you the passport. In my opinion, the question is not applicable if you are outside of your country on a tourist visa.

To answer, we need to understand first the reason of the question.
If you will be invited, Google will pay the trip to you. They will have to issue a fly ticket for you so, if you are living in a country different to the one listed on your passport, they need to know from where you will have to fly.
