For some time now I’ve noticed something that doesn’t make sense to me:
Whenever you review a business and submit, you are then immediately being offered another business to rate and review:
So far so good right?
The problem is, I don’t remember the business.
I need to go to the business’ listing, see the location, the photos etc - and only then I can remember what it was all about and write the review.
Google doesn’t provide me any way to go to the listing from that screen or the next, which looks like this:
So I end up closing that screen (which the review questions) and tell myself I’ll do it later. And I never do.
I probably missed reviews for hundreds or thousands of places because of that.
Now, I understand it’s not possible to open another instance of Maps, because I’m already in it/using it, writing a review.
But what is possible is to get me to the position of writing a review inside that business (meaning, I can have the context I need while writing a review).
That way it will be super easy for everyone to rate and review places that are long forgotten.
What do you think?
I’ve already posted this in the Maps community and was asked to also post it here
Thanks!

مرحبا بك اخي الكريم
@Oh_My_Goshen

Great point. Of cause the place name should be blue and link to the placesheet.
I support your request whole heartedly.

Hi MAHMOUD!
Google only suggest these places IF you went there
In other words - I would never review a place I didnt visit, but the ones I do - I need to remember what they are before reviewing them .
And thats the purpose of my post.
Thanks!

But I am almost new in this community of local guide program.
And I always struggling to contact other local guides in my area.
Is there in way to contact a local guide ?
Thank you in advance
Hi @DivinginaMarsaAlam
Please don’t hijack other threads. You are more than welcome to create a new thread if you can not find the answer using a search here on Connect. One topic per thread makes it easier for others to find what they are looking for.
Google does not allow us to search for Local Guides in Google Maps and on Connect to protect our privacy.
But in your settings, you can choose up to 3 Favorite locations. This will help you spot posts from local guides in those cities of interest should they choose to mark their posts with a city name.
It is not a perfect solution.
You can also do a normal search for country and city names here on Connect.
And, you can filter pages on Connect to see posts in a specific language. Find out how here.
Finally, please see the splendid post by my friend Tushar_Suradkar:
