Just had series of “nos” especially from government owned establishments upon approaching them and seeking to add description and photos of offices on Google Map. How do we face this challenge ?

Hi @Fel17 ,
Thanks for raising the question.
For the moment, it is important to be noted, that there are certain items in Google Maps that you cannot edit and these include landmarks, established points-of-interests or even the names of a city/township.
Feel free to let us know about such correction if you think is needed, with the sending feedback process through Google maps.
I have relabeled your post to How-tos, as it would be better fitting.

We say thank you an we leave, @Fel17
There are no permission that can overcome the decision of the owner. Always remember that No means NO, Respecting a business means also respect the decision of the business, it doesn’t matter if it is a private or a public POI
