This is not an idea @andrewwissler110 this section of Local Guides Connect is reserved for new ideas. Please ask your questions in the How-To topic.

There is no way to directly access the photos that are embedded within Google Maps. They are only available via the UI.

You can retrieve your own photos via Google Takeout.

As @PaulPavlinovich mentioned there is no way to directly access the photos that are embedded within Google Maps.
