Hello @abdosman123 and welcome to Connect. Firstly, I want you let you know that Local Guides programme is completely voluntary It means you contribute without getting any form of payment.
Secondly, if you want to make money by providing Google related services, you must separate it from the Local Guides programme.
Meanwhile, since you are new to the Connect group, do introduce yourself in order to meet Local Guides in your country and across the world.

Hi @abdosman123 as @EmekaUlor has said Local Guides is voluntary and I recommend that you make yourself aware of Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions. and the Maps User Contributed Content Policy for more information to know what you can and cannot do as a Local Guide.
Local Guides is about having a positive impact on your local community by improving the content available locally in Maps.
