I just found out the first stop of Day 1 (Dandy’s coffee shop) is closing down 
so sad!
So I need to change both the listing of the Meet-Up, and the starting address location. (I am unable to do this on the main Meet-Up listing though)
How would I go about doing this? (I don’t want to delete it, as people can already RSVP’d.)

Unfortunately there is no way of editing an already approved meet-up @TheRealKristin .
In a case like this where there’s sudden changes to a meet-up you’ll have two options.
If you wish to keep the meet-up active with the attendees list intact, you can inform all attendees about the change via the “make an announcement” option on the meet-ups page. You’ll find this option under your username on both mobile and desktop versions like shown in the screenshot below.
Your other option is to simply cancel the meet-up and submit a new one with changes you wish. Have in mind that this option will also cancel the attendees list and Local Guides will have to attend the new meet-up instead.
In case other Local Guides run into a similar issue in the future and search for an answer here on Connect, I have moved this question to the How-tos section and given it an appropriate title.
