How do I get on the trusted pro list?

Hi,

I obtained the trusted status just as lockdown began at the beginning of April and received an email saying that the program is being revamped but nothing since.
Any idea on timescale?

There is still nothing new. I doubt the list will ever be revived. But that is just a hunch.

Congratulations for your badge, that unfortunately is not yet visible here in Connect. I will tag @mihal20 for checking this detail.

The program still be under revamping (I think Covid issue have delayed the activities in there, prioritizing critical services, as you can read on Temporary product changes in Google Maps )

For this reason you cannot be added actually to the Trusted Pro list.

Hope @mihal20 will fix the issue with your SVTP badge in Connect, for you to be able to follow the update on the SVTP exclusive board

I checked in our systems and you are not a trusted photographer yet. Can you please enable the Available for hire option in the Settings of your Street View app?

Please don’t fill out any form that you get in the Welcome to trusted email as that form is to request the opt out from the program and usually users come back to ask us to cancel the request or to reinstate their trusted status. That form is not to be listed on the for on-hire list.

After enabling the option, you will receive your trusted badge in the SV app and usually in few hours under your profile here in the community. If you don’t get the badge here on Local Guides Connect, please tag me and I will escalate.

If you get it and you are able to access the Street View discussion board, please take a look at the new announcements in the Street View News section about the changes of the trusted program and what will come next.

But now I can’t find it on my profile. :disappointed:

There’s just the option to unlock Street View Explorer which is something I would be interested in once I have a car.
I am actively looking for clients to do virtual tours and I have been telling prospects that I’m trusted based on the email that I received above.

It seems you disable it after because when you disable that option, you lose your trusted badge and status. Do you have now the new version of the Street View app or the old one?

It wouldn’t let me log in a couple of weeks ago so I uninstalled and the reinstalled the App, so probably the new one.

I wouldn’t have disabled it as I worked very hard to get it in the first place!

Found it in settings (sorry, my bad)
I got a little notification saying that I’m now trusted (again)

When I clicked on the link in the welcome email there wasn’t a form, just a notice saying wait while it’s revamped.

So I have been

So just leave now the option enabled.

I confirm I see again the trusted badge assigned to your account in our systems.

Let’s wait until tomorrow morning for the systems to update and see if you get the trusted badge here on Local Guides Connect as well as it takes some time to refresh.

I just checked and confirm you have the trusted badge assigned here on Local Guides Connect so you are now able to access the Street View discussion board and Street View news section.
