How do I get a local guide pin via post?

I am at level 7 and was wondering how does one get a local guide pin. I’ve seen many getting them. Never gotten an email or notification about it.

Rewards are random and have no specific system in place. Nobody is guaranteed to get a reward.

I was awarded Google PIN for being a local guide. I redeemed the same in July’23 but not received yet.
Not receiving any support even after feedback was sent.
