hey it’s my village and I want to change/add some of the road name/place name but it’s not allowing me, how can we fix it . I will give my best from my side please fix this.

You can’t add/change a road or place (village) name.
However, you can suggest that through (in the new interface in Android app) click the profile icon and then select “Help and feedback” then head to wrong information select the place or road you want to fix and inform that.
You can do the same on a desktop through a similar “Send feedback” option.
Alternatively, you can also use the " your opinion about Maps, then write in detail what changes you want".

thank you for your reply @C_T I understand that we cannot change the places/roads but in my opinion this task should be given to some of the trusted LG nearby the place because they are more familiar with the area , so we can fixEd the map soon .

What Local Guides can do is to Report an Error on the Map on Google Maps. To do this, scroll down Google maps menu, to reach “send a feedback”, then choose the most appropriate option.

Unfortunately the advise to send feedback for such features is not advice that applies worldwide. Google attempts to offer editing in as many places as possible, but there are still some places with no editing or limited editing. You are receiving the message you posted because you are in an area with limited editing.
Normally the lack of editing is due to government restrictions, restrictions by the data owners (when Google is using third party providers), and other legal or technical issues. Until that issue is solved Google would not be able to offer editing, but they are constantly striving to overcome such issues.

Hi @Flash you caught me right , i understand that the place which i mentioned is limited editing area . Let me tell you my experience.
I first use google app around 2015/16 when i was in nepal, its was not that much important for me , i started adding place in maps because i was feeling happy , proudy that my contribution was viewable to world . I was doing it just for fun . But when i came to dubai (UAE) in 2018 then i understand real value of google map , how a person can move from one place to another with out knowing anything. But unfortunately in nepal its not possible to use map as dubai, there is vast difference. I will give my best as a local guide to improve the map of nepal . Let nepalese people know the value of map , so they can use it in their daily life and get benefits from it. What do we need to do to remove such restrictions???

There is nothing you or I can do to remove the restrictions. Google will remove the restrictions when whatever is restricting Google from offering editing gets removed.
