How do I deal with harassing owners?

We have a concern about what to do with this, my sister submitted an honest review about a service we contracted, in which we had a bad experience since they wanted to charge us more than what was written on the contract and they tried to trick her respecting the price but removing one of the services. The employee asked her to remove her review and she refused, I reached out the manager and he apologized but insisted that she should remove the review and they could give us an extra service for free which I also refused to accept and so she did also refused. Later the owner showed in her house asking her to remove it because his reputation was very important for him, so it is my sister’s and me as a Local guide to provide an honest feedback because we contracted him based on the “good reviews” he has on Google maps but most of them are made by users that had only made 1 review. This is a recurrent problem with reviews of some business to encourage people to go to their places or contract their services, but we never had this problem before to be reached and harassed by the owner in a very aggressive way. Yesterday she was Local Guide and today she isn’t anymore and asked me to do not review this business because they might report me as well. The problem is the following, she offered to edit the review saying the owner was able to reach us out to solve the problem and apologized but that she was not going to delete anything but to make an update and definitely not 5 stars but the owner insisted to delete the full review and give him 5 stars. I am concerned also for her security and I feel like Is not fair to let her be intimidated by bad business practices.

Any ideas?
