It’s a long story. I had surgery scheduled at Kaiser Oakland Hospital. My surgeon sent me an email with the street address of where the surgery would occur. So I put the address into Google Maps and it comes up with Travel Inn motel! Well I couldn’t believe it! I thought my doctor had put the wrong address in the email, but I found out that GM is the one who is wrong. The address is 275 West MacArthur Blvd in Oakland CA. If you search for that address in Apple Maps, it resolves correctly. But GM comes up with Travel Inn. I’ve tried to correct it many times but Google Maps so far has not removed the incorrect entry. One possible problem is that the Kaiser Oakland Hospital goes by two street addresses, 275 W. MacArthur Blvd and also 3600 Broadway. Well, I refuse to give up, and I want help getting this corrected. I know it can be a struggle. And repeating the same edit over and over is seldom a solution.
Did you try getting help in the Maps support forum?
Hit the Community tab at the top and make a post. You need to attach or link to relevant documentation. A screenshot of where Apple Maps takes you and a photo or some links to screenshots from Streetview might be sufficient documentation.

Take a look at their G Maps address. If they list both addresses that is probably the issue.
I recently had what I think is a similar issue. A Distillery in our town had both their production facility and the location of their tasting room address ( which is 2 mi away) listed but separated by a comma. If I managed to add The Tasting Room to Maps it would show it located at the Distillery because of it being the first Address. I spoke to the company and they removed the second address. And then I was able to add The Tasting room with the correct address and location. I sent them a couple articles from Google Maps help about how to manage multiple locations.
