How do I add Regions on Google Maps?

My country is now having sixteen regions instead of ten and I want to update that on Google maps but I’m finding it difficult. How do I go about it, if Local Guides are allowed to do that?

This sort of information comes from official sources and will be updated in time @iamireku it is not something Local Guides can do.
