How do I add a place to Google Maps?

Hello fellow guides. I need help here. I want to know how to add a village or small town on Google maps. Thank you.

First you need the details (Photos, address, email and contact phone number). For ease I’d suggest you get to the places you want to list on the map, launch you Google Map App, which pin point your current location, click on the menu from the left hand side of your screen and look out for add a location. Hope it helps .

You can’t add a village on google maps! you can send a feedback regarding that on google maps.

refer below steps to send feedback:

  1. Open Google Maps and make sure you’re signed in.
  2. In the top left, click the Menu Menu.
  3. Click Send feedback.
    Note: If you’re using Maps in Lite mode, you’ll see Send general feedback.
  4. Choose Missing Place
  5. To add a screenshot with your feedback, follow the instructions.
  6. Click Send.
