How can McDonalds have a description on his map site?

Can someone tell me how McDonalds put this description appear on the map here? Only very few companies have that even among those who maintain well their page.

Hi @MTiborKovacs , I would like to know too as well, I have seen those discription several times appearing to some businesses and not appearing to some, if there is something to learn so that others may have same discription related to their businesses it will be a great tool to be used by every local guide unless only moderators can do this.

Thanks. Now I understand what it is but still don’t get it why some companies have this and how a company can have it?

@MTiborKovacs everything is written in the article, how companies can have it. By the way, don’t forget when responding to others make sure to tag them (by writing @ before their names) in a post so they can receive notifications that you are communicating with them.
