In three part of notification in my app, I have message tab but I don’t know to how can I send message to my friend in Maps. please help me.

Some businesses have selected to be open to communicate with Maps users via messages. A lot don’t have the option enabled.
You can not communicate with other Maps users via this feature.

Here is a screenshot showing where you can reach out to the business via messages on Google Maps :
Often you will need to tap “See all” before you see the Contact us now link.

Hello @Rezgar
That message tab show’s your chats with business owner who was claimed that place.
Caption : The screenshot was showing my messages with the business owners (shops.)
Caption : This screenshot was marked with red it’s showing the option of Chat with business owner.
After opening a place there was commonly shows Direction, Start, Save, etc… But some places which are claimed to the business there will extra options Call, Chat.
Also if you claimed any business you can get a notification on notification bar from maps, email.
