Hi @AlfredBrock ,
You should be able to see the three dots on the left side of your post - from there you have the option to either Edit message. In case you would like to delete your post, you can tag a Google Moderator and we can do it for you.
Let me know if this worked, thanks!
Adding a small note @AlfredBrock
Once your post have one or more replies, it is no longer possible to delete it, as the content on the post is no more only “yours”.
You may edit your post, instead of removing it
Simply press the three blue dots on your post then click on “edit”. For more information: Edit your post - Why and How To
I have a small doubt, once a post have some replies and likes based on the original content, afterwards when the content modified and if the replies are nowhere relevant with the modified content, in my view editing is also not correct after getting replies to a post.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
Cheers

Saludos Farid
For the case that has difficulty, in reading my answer, in the upper left part of the screen, in the drop-down menu of languages, you can select the language, in which you want to read the post.
Yes it could be @VijayaNagesh , and as the question by @AlfredBrock is just related to methodology it is difficult to go deeper.
We had situations of local guides that posted not permitted contents (e.g. plagiarism) and were invited to correct the post. Many of them changed the content completely. Consequently, I changed my reply.
But the most common situation is a content posted twice, and merged on the same thread by a moderator.
In this case, the content of the post can be adjusted without any problem
Are you referring to a specific post, @AlfredBrock ?
