First of all, what we receiver in return of contributions are perks & not gifts and these are discretionary. Further, these may not be available in every region.

Nevertheless, to get that you need doing the following.

Visit the page https://maps.google.com/localguides/home/settings, and ensure that you have ticked the checkbox for getting notifications for perks.
Ensure maps.google.com is marked as a safe sender in the settings of Gmail.
Ensure regular contributions as a local guide.

BTW: If you have availed the offer for perks & are yet to receive that, regrettably, there is no way to track the shipment.

PS: As per your fresh communication, you haven’t received the shipment even after two months! To resolve that, please attach a screenshot of subscribing to the perks and then tag a moderator. If there is an inordinate delay, the moderators will contact you guiding what to do next.

Everything is ok. But which perk they snd me till now I’m not getting . & They snd me near about two months ago
