How can i also join in meetup programme , everyone are joining in video call meetup programme but i can’t get any email to join there so what can i do to join there .

You can join a meet-up by submitting an RSVP (subscribing for the meet-up).
Just check the Upcoming Meet-ups and click in the post, to see which kind of RSVP form is provided by the organizer.
In addition, as the image you are using doesn’t belongs to you, please edit your post to remove it.
