How can I find the picture "<my name> is now a Master Reviewer" when I reach to a new badge level?

Hi local guides. I wrote a lot of reviews recently so I have become a “Master Reviewer”. But how can I share this good news on social media? I remember in the last year when I reached “Master Photographer”, there is a special picture saying: “ is now a Master Photographer”. How can I find that picture?

Congratulations on becoming a master reviewer.

When you reached that stage, you must have got a push notification. It seems you have not taken any screenshot of that.

Nevertheless, you shall be getting an email soon along with a similar picture, confirming the latest status . You need to wait until then.

Alternatively, you can share a screen-shot of the “Your contributions” dashboard.

Hi @chienwen recently we recieved emails showing our contribution from last month, I am sure you will get it too. Unless you git that badge after they processed your contribution, if that is the case, you will get it at the end of this month. Thank you.

Hi, @chienwen . Congratulation for your achievement.

Maybe you could check your monthly contribution e-mail for next month, because early on this month I’ve got my monthly contribution e-mail and the badge achievement notification is in there at the bottom of the message.

Hello. I could see the new badge on my google maps app for a few days ago. But it’s already a few days later I still don’t see the notification to generate the image “Chienwen Chen is now a Master Reviewer” and allow me to share on my social media. I don’t want the one in the monthly email because that is not the picture I want.

I feel so frustrated and disappointed. I spent a lot of time writing reviews and uploading proper photos. What I only want in return is just a simple picture. How come they are not serious to give recognition to people who contribute seriously. Generating the picture is such simple and even don’t cost Google money. I feel I got cheated because I won’t do that much effort if I know I am not getting the picture in advance. I am considering to drop the local guide program if I am still not able to get a constructive solution from Google maps team.

Does anyone know is there any “customer service” line to the Google maps team?

Please be informed that due to some recent updates to your Local Guides home (g.co/localguides), you are no longer able to see recent contributions. Please let us know if you still cannot see your newly achieved badge, but before that please try to clear the cache and cookies from your browser and restart your application, also make sure you’re using the latest version of Google Maps app (if you’re using your mobile). Please keep in mind that sometimes it may take time before the information syncs in your account. Thank you.
