Have tried several times (in different moments) to eliminate duplicated places, but got no response or change on maps.
Can I contact Google, here in Peru? Will it be helpful?

I also report duplicates a lot, and seldom (if ever) got any positive results.
Recently, in Android Maps, there is a new feature when I report a place as duplicate: it ask me to pick another place that it is a duplicate of.
May be Google will start processing Duplicate reports more seriously following the roll out of this new feature.
ps. Personally I will just report those places as duplicates in Maps, unless the existence of duplicates are causing other issues.

@NataliaPeru Recently I have been reporting a few duplicate places recently but still on pending. It can be a bit disheartening of course, but don’t get discouraged. The best thing to do right now is to make sure your report is accurate.

As @iyudhi and @YK1001 have already mentioned, keep reporting them on Remove or report duplicate location.
Please keep in mind that it takes time to change or remove them.
