A hacker is in my gmail account,
so I want to change the gmail of my local guide account.
Please help.

Hi @MisterSawAye it is not possible to change your Gmail account and export your local guide contribution at the same time. You can change and use another Gmail acount but you will have to start afresh with everything from scratch. I hope you know the rules that as a local guide you will be breaking the rules once you start using multiple accounts, meaning that once you use a new one, you will have to stop using the current account, loosing all your contribution.
I will advice you to to change your password and make it more stronger, use your cellphone number and other emaill as recovery incase you forget your login details you will be able to recover easily. Other than that you can wait for the local guide team to respond to you since others have already suggested that we are able to change and use other accounts exporting our contribution at the same time.

Yes, you can do that, however through a tedious and long-drawn process.
If you are not worried much about your contribution through the first account, then that can happen immediately. Close the old account & join the new one through a different email.
However, if you wish to take your contributions to the new account, then follow the steps as informed in the attached post by @ErmesT

As indicated by @Raphael-Mahumane , there is no way to transfer your Local Guide account from a Google Account to another. Actually there is only a proposal: Tool for transferring a Local Guide Account
Like him, I suggest you to change your password and to make your account more protected. You can do it from here: https://myaccount.google.com/security
If you want to close your Google Account, just remember that the operation is not reversible, and you may not be able to access your data anymore. Of course you can download all your data, before to close the account, using this link: https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-personalization that will direct you to the page where to choose what to download
Closing an account is an operation that have to be made carefully. Please read https://myaccount.google.com/support first.
Of course, you need to exit from the Local Guides program first, from: https://maps.google.com/localguides/home/settings
Again, my personal opinion is that, improving the protection of your account, you can solve your issue, but of course the choice is yours.

although I changed my gmail password with a strong one and I make my account using two step verification.
The hacker is still being in my account.He send me a notice that is he inputted any kind of virus and how I changed my password ,he can see my whole account .
Indeed …the hacker want money from me…but I have no money and …
I love my LG account.
It is very hard for me to start with a new gmail account to be a local guide.
