I am a local guide (Level-8) from bangladesh. Sometimes I tried to add some bank branch or ATM booth in map. When I submit the place it shows me “Not Applied” in my contribution area.
how can I do it ?

There are several reasons for an edit to be not applied, as indicated in Why is my edit status “Pending” or “Not Applied”?
