Since you’re not the owner of these businesses, so there is no way to edit them as bulk. So, the only way is to edit them one by one and wait for the result.
Only the business owners can do this through the Google Business Profile dashboard. You can also contact the business owner and help him to update his businesses profile on Google.
By the way, While these terms using instead of each other in many cases, As I see, “Cafe” category is a better choice for this business.
I concur with Amiran, you have to edit each one individually.
