Hi @LEAFY-VR360 thanks for asking about floors and levels. This is called “Indoor Maps” and is accomplished with the building owner/managers under a partner program you can find out more at https://www.google.com/maps/about/partners/indoormaps/

This is not something that Local Guides and Street View trusted photographers can do directly.
