Hotels with very beautiful halls

Hello there.

I start this post in order to post photos of the hotel halls which have particularly captured my eye. Feel free to add your photos of hotel halls you think are really beautiful as well. They could be hotels where you have slept or even where you have had just a drink. I start with five of my favorite pictures ever taken during my experiences in hotels.

Hyatt Centric Fishermans Wharf San Francisco
555 North Point St, San Francisco, CA 94133, USA

(This is the hotel where Local Guides Connect Live 2018 has been hosted: a really beautiful place)

Armani Hotel Milano & Bamboo Bar
Via Alessandro Manzoni, 31, 20121 Milano MI

(This is a hotel in the center of Milan, managed by the same Armani fashion company. It does not have the typical big ball at the ground like in other luxury hotels (at the ground there are just some tables and seats), but the big attic with bar service at the last floor is the de facto hall of this hotel).

Rosa Grand
Piazza Fontana, 3, 20122 Milano MI

This Starhotels is 5 minutes on foot from Milan Cathedral. The hall is between the modern and the traditional and this makes a very warm atmosphere. Here you can have also an aperitivo.

Clayton Hotel Burlington Road
Leeson Street Upper, Dublin, D04 A318, Ireland

Holiday Inn Milan Garibaldi Station
Via Ugo Bassi, 1A, 20159 Milano MI

Hotels do seem to spend a lot of money on their foyers and reception halls. My personal favourite is the Hyatt Regency in San Francisco which has the most amazing inside out architecture. This is a massive hotel but they avoided a blocky feeling with the enormous atrium and maximised their room space with the floors going inwards as you went up. Quite an engineering feat. Lovely art and sculptures in this welcoming place.
