Exceptional Staff
The staff’s ability to communicate in sign language was truly remarkable. I witnessed in restaurant two staff members conversing in sign language, and when I interacted with them, they used sign language to offer me coffee options.as I didn’t know much so I took the help of writing on the tissue paper, however staying for week I was so exited that learned the little sign language and started communicating with them in sign language,
A Wonderful Gesture
This hotel’s dedication to inclusivity won my heart. I initially planned to stay for only two days, but I extended my stay to a full week due to their exceptional service and encouragement to special people.
(The staff she can’t speak still serve better than speaking staff Gurshin

That’s really awesome. More and more hotels should take these kind of initiatives. Thank you so much @Anil6969 ji for enlightening this information infront of us. Wonderful post.
This is really amazing. More hotels must take such initiatives to cater to differently abled and senior citizens. It’s an inspiration, thank you for sharing @Anil6969
This must have been one of the best experiences. The silence is calming and to watch people talk and converse in sign language is commendable. Let me share one of my experience I was in lucknow and there was a hotel staff who couldn’t hear or talk and he was awarded employee of the month that day because he was conversing with guests the best way possible he used to carry a notepad so that he could understand what the guest wanted from him. I learned sign language way back in 1990s in my school and I still go to NGO’s whenever I need to inspire myself with the people who speaks the loudest in silence and yet are happy with their life.
@Anil6969 , it’s very interesting to read about the accessibility features provided in the hotel and your positive experience with the helpful staff. Thank you.
Thanks for your help specially in late evening @PrasadVR bro as my review was not visible to others hence shared the generic link.

Really happy to note that many restaurants in India are very friendly and offer good service. Thanks @Anil6969 for throwing light about this hotel and their dedicated staff. Here in Chennai long back, I remember in Ambassador Pallava Hotel I noticed this kind of gesture.
