Have something to know and I never tried it before the time I started to Map’s Contribution !
As a LG L9 and hopefully will unlock L 10 in the nearest time, I Map’s contributed almost all categories ( Rating, Reviews, uploading photos, Videos , editing , adding roads/places …etc ) but never crossed my mind in how to change a hotel Stars Rating as a LG in my country !!!
After my research about that, I’ve found out that only a business owner can change the rating when asking providing Google the following :
1. Full business name
2. Current business address
3. Google Maps URL
4. Website (if applicable). that tells the hotel is a 4 Stars Rating.
This hotel is a 4 Stars going by the owner, but it’s rated a 3 stars by Google !!!

The owner asked me if I can change this rating stars as I am a LG , but honestly , I didn’t know how to answer him !!!
After the above story, my question is , can a LG help editing to change the hotel Rating Stars as a maps contribution ???
Or, is only the business owner that he / she should contact Google and provide the 4 points I mentioned above, and then Google will contact the owner and so on !??
