I am Shailesh Kumar from Ghaziabad , Uttar Pradesh and I want to meet my fellow local guides from this area but I havn’t seen meetup hosted in recent past weeks and I want to host one but I am little afraid of hosting it as
I have never hosted any kind of meetup.
What if no one showed up ?
What should be the agenda of meetup and apart from going on adding places and taking photos , what else we can do ?
I don’t know any local guide from Ghaziabad and can some senior local guide can help in spread the word about this meetup and guide me what are the does and don’t during meetup .
Can someone refer me the document regarding all these types of meet up ?

Every LGs had to pass through that stage so you are not alone to do this. Keep calm and be the organizer.
This will not be the case as you will be there. A meetup organizer must be prepared for handling an event anyway. I also was the only participant in my one meetup. So don’t be afraid that you will be alone. We are here to support you.
