The Hostaria del Teatro is one of those elegant restaurants, you start with a “wow” and you finish with an “hurra”. Claudio, the chef, and Elena, his wife, take care of each customer in a perfect way, not too formal, not too fancy.
The wine list is absolutely perfect, if you are a wine lover you will find exactly what you need. Or, you can ask Claudio for a suggestion - and you may wanna write down every single name he says, you really do.
The menu changes often, this is one of the things I like the most. If you are a foodie, you want to try new things.
