The Local Guide Program initiates a new era in travel. For a lot of years, travelers would only rely on printed materials for guidance. Books and magazines that cost a lot.
Then Google released the Local Guide Program, where anyone who has been to a particular place can post photos and write about it, where more than three billion people in the globe can see and read.
This program means a lot to me because I can go places by reading the guide’s input and photos. I can pick the right place and accommodation by checking the reviews and comments. I see myself in it through the photos shared by local guides like me. At the same time, I can share the experiences that we had. Also, hoping that some establishments may improve.
Since discovering it in 2018, I never stopped contributing and relying on it for relevant posts. The program has been part of all of our travels. Kudos Google Local Guide Program.
