Hong Kong in memory @oneinminute #TBT

Hi from me again! I will take you back to a time when there was no covid. I went on a trip to Hong Kong in 2019 and I hope I will be going back soon. So it might come in handy for anyone thinking of going there once. with these impressive places.

The star attraction on Lantau is the 34-metre Tian Tan Buddha, known as simply the Big Buddha, which rests high up on a hilltop.

The Avenue of Stars, situated along the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade, allows for spectacular harbour views. It was built to honor the most illustrious people the local film industry has produced over the past decades.

Victoria Harbour, The harbor is a major tourist attraction of Hong Kong.

Star Ferry is second to none for a Victoria Harbor cruise. It was once listed in the 50 places of a lifetime by National Geography. On top of the ferry service between Hong Kong Island and Kowloon Peninsula, it also provides a two-hour nighttime cruise, during which visitors are able to enjoy the Symphony of Lights in a unique way.

A Symphony of Lights has illuminated Hong Kong’s skyline for the enjoyment of millions of tourists since 2004. This multi-media show has always been the signature icon for Hong Kong, symbolising its dynamic energy and contrasting culture.

MUST TRY : VITASOY SOY MILK

Stinky tofu is a Chinese form of fermented tofu that has a strong odor. Stinky tofu is usually deep-fried and served with hoisin sauce or chili sauce in Hong Kong, which serve to neutralise much of the aroma. Vendors deep-fry pieces of stinky tofu until they are golden in colour. Sometimes, the tofu is cut into pieces after deep-frying, then goes back into the wok to give it a much crispier bite.
