Homepage Topics - Idea Exchange Radio Button Gets Disabled

Hello Fellow LGs,

Greetings!

Is there any system glitch or am I missing something?

Whenever I go to “Settings–>Homepage–>Idea Exchange” and enable it , automatically it gets disabled. Below are the two images showing the sequence of activity.

Caption 2: Idea Exchange Radio Button gets automatically disabled when I come back to this page again.

Hi @Kumaarsantosh Idea Exchange is actually no longer a thing and has been sunset. You can read the article below to learn about the reasoning

Thanks for letting us know about the board still existing on the homepage topics option. I will relay this to the team.

Edit: Naresh beat me literally by a minute (didn’t see his post before posting mine) :stuck_out_tongue: will leave my post on since it might still be helpful.

Let me tag @DeniGu since the sensible solution would be to get the on/off toggle for the old Idea Exchange removed.

Hello @Kumaarsantosh and all,

I believe it’s not functional (as you have rightly noticed)anymore. Even though the button is there you can’t actually get on it.

I have noticed that it’s still there for a while but inactive. Anyway maybe it’s better taking it off totally. The GMs can escalate it to the responsible team. Enough CMs on the issue as well.

Thanks for your encouraging words. I keep on exploring and wherever I come across something unique, it strucks my mind.
