I’ll try to explain it
for ground beef.
use onion, celery, salt to taste, a little sugar, red sauce to taste. cook all this well and then add raisins.
the vegetables I used were onion, corn, tomato, chickpea, lettuce, grated carrot and cucumber.
A béchamel sauce, I made this with a little milk, cornstarch and walnut, I cooked it until it thickened a little.
the tolta is the typical tolta for Mexican tacos.
